Dr. Thomas Childs
CO-PASTOR
Dr. Thomas Childs, PCC, is the founding pastor of LifePoint Fellowship, chartering the church in 2011. Pastor Thomas’ passion is answering people’s tough questions about God. Dr. Childs has authored 3 books on apologetics, he has 3 graduate degrees in the field of theology, and he also is a professionally certified coach, for the purpose of helping people navigate questions and find answers to life's most difficult, yet important issues. Dr. Childs believes his primary purpose in life is to provide a very clear structure to growing with Christ and walking with Him daily. If you personally want to meet with Dr. Childs at a local Starbucks to talk about God, Jesus, the Bible, or your spiritual path, all you have to do is ask.
Thomas is married to Rev. Dr. Gladys Childs. They have one child, Scott. The Childs have lived in the Fort Worth area since 1993.

Cameron Glass
CO-PASTOR
Cameron Glass has been with LifePoint Fellowship since 2016, but has served in churches as a staff member since 2008. Cameron believes his calling is to make disciples of Jesus, who know Him and love Him, and are learning each day to love others, more and more, from the overflow (Philippians 1:9-11). Cameron has an Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary and an undergraduate degree from Baylor University. Cameron is originally from Houston, Texas; he now lives with his wife, Krissie, and their twins, Joah-Shepherd and Selah-Grace, in North Texas.

Rev. Shawn Finney
FAMILY MINISTRIES AND MEN’S MINISTRY
Shawn came to LifePoint with 20 years of ministry experience in churches in Tennessee and Texas. He is currently a teacher in a local public school, and has a passion for helping people find their place in God's story. He is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University (B.A. '98) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.A. '02). Shawn is married to Pam and they have lived in the area with their children for over 10 years.

James Coffman
DIRECTOR OF CONNECTIONS AND DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAYS
James has served 25+ years in various church leadership roles. With a passion for helping individuals deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, he currently works directly with LifePoint’s Discipleship Pathways assisting individuals to partner with groups and individuals as we all grow and learn on our journey with Christ. James, an educator in Texas for 47 years, also currently serves as a consultant with area schools in regard to instrumental music programs. He is married to Denise and they are blessed to live in the area with family including 3 marvelous grandchildren.

Rev. Dr. Gladys Childs
WOMEN’S GROUP AND “TABLE FOR 8” DIRECTOR
Helping people deeply connect with God through speaking, leading retreats, and writing, Gladys Childs is a straight-talking Religion professor, pastor’s wife, and mom. She serves as Chaplain at Texas Wesleyan University and the Women’s Director at LifePoint Fellowship. Before this, she served as Dean of Freshman Success and Chair of the Religion Department. Bob Hegeman
MISSIONS DIRECTOR
Robert (Bob) Hegeman is LifePoint’s Missions-Chairperson. Bob and his wife joined LifePoint Fellowship Church in August 2010, and joined the Mission Team in 2015. Bob was appointed Mission-Chairperson in 2017. Bob has served as both long- and short-term volunteer at UMCOR Sager Brown in Baldwin, LA. LifePoint is heavily involved in local mission programs, partnering with Presbyterian Night Shelter (Homeless ministry), Saginaw Community Link (striving to eliminate hunger in Northwest Tarrant County) and Snack Sack Program with NISD. Eli Uzobuife
STUDENT MINISTRIES ASSISTANT
Eli Uzobuife (or, as the youth like to call him, “Big E”) is LifePoint Fellowship’s Student Ministries Assistant. Eli is currently in college. Big E loves working with the youth and seeing fruit and growth come out of the youth ministry.

Chad Lilly
AUDIO TECH & FACILITIES MANAGER
Chad Lilly was born and raised in north Fort Worth and graduated from Keller Central High School in 2006. Studied mechanical engineering at Texas A&M, music at the University of North Texas, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in music business from Dallas Baptist University in 2011. Chad is happily married to his high school sweetheart and is the father of two wonderful little girls.
